What size am I?

-Our size charts are standard true sizing, the best way to determine for certain is to compare your own measurements to that of the size charts provided for each product, as your country may have different standards. As well as this, please refer to the product description for any further specific information regarding sizing and fit recommendations.



When will my order be shipped?

What if i haven’t received my order by the estimated shipping time?

How long will my order take to arrive once it’s shipped?

-Depending on your location and the standard of shipping you opted for at purchase this can vary, please see the list below for a guide of estimated days in transit.



Can I return/ exchange my item ?

-We strongly urge you to take care when selecting your size as the time delay in changing sizing can be significant, some items are pre order only so there may not be a replacement/ exchange, however we can accommodate in some instances for upto 30 days after purchase. A simple change of mind will not warrant a return. If the size you wish to change to is not available, we can issue you a store credit or change for a product of the same value. ON SALE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED/ EXCHANGED. REFUNDS CAN ONLY BE MADE IN THE CASE OF FAULTY PRODUCT.

We can offer a warranty of 3 months on our products with reasonable and general wear and tear. 


Can I get a refund on my order ?

-Only in the case of a product being damaged or significantly different to the description, where an exchange or store credit is refused by the customer, or we don’t have the product available anymore, we will consider a refund.



Will my payment information be kept secure?

-We use Shopify Payments System as well as Paypal express, which in their own terms guarantee the digital security of your payment and banking information, which will not be shared by them nor Big Friday Supplies.


Can I unsubscribe from your marketing emails?

-Yes, at the bottom of any marketing email you may receive there is an option to unsubscribe, but we can’t promise you’ll have access to exclusive deals and product release! :)




-How should I wash and iron my garments?

Each product is slightly different so please refer to the specific instructions on each product description. As a general rule never iron over prints, and always wash and iron inside out.




Can I use any Big Friday Supplies logos or artwork for my own use?

-The Big Friday Supplies copyright, images, graphics, logos and artwork are all exclusive to the brand and must not be used without explicit permission from us. You can ofcourse post photos of yourself wearing our brand on social media etc, as well as sharing our social media content is always encouraged!
